Center for Teaching & Learning

3rd Annual Teaching & Learning Conference at UT

April 7, 2017

Theme – Inspiring Inquiry & Love of Learning

On April 7, 2017 The Center for Teaching & Learning and the Teaching and Learning Committee joined together to offer the 3rd Annual Teaching and Learning Conference at Utah Tech University. The purpose of the conference was to provide an opportunity for UT faculty and staff to share and learn new teaching and learning best practices, innovations, and lessons learned to promote the scholarship of teaching and learning on campus. The response was amazing! We had over 30 presentations scheduled over the course of the conference. We were privileged to have Dr. Eric Pedersen, Kristine Olson, and Liza Teo present as the keynote speakers. One hundred fifty faculty and staff joined us throughout the day to listen to and learn from their colleagues. We know that many faculty wished to attend, but due to scheduling conflicts, were unable to make it. For the benefit of those who could not attend and those that would like a refresher on the conference, below is the schedule of events with videos for each presentation. Unfortunately the roundtable session could not be recorded, however we were able to include any handouts provided. Please enjoy the videos and presentations put together by the great faculty and staff at Utah Tech University.
