Office Supply Checklist

The department secretary is usually the best person to ask about general office supplies and resources. It is better to order things before you need them. The following checklist may help you identify needed supplies

  • Bookshelves (Is there enough space for my books?)
  • DSU Telephone directory
  • Calculator
  • Computer disks
  • Deparmental letterhead and envelopes
  • Filing cabinets (Is there enough space for my files?)
  • Furniture (Is it adequate? How do I make changes?)
  • In-boxes (desktop trays)
  • Manila folders and hanging holders
  • Medical supplies/first aid
  • Paper
  • Paper clips
  • Pens and pencils
  • Post-its
  • St. George/Washington County phone directory
  • Rubberbands
  • Ruler
  • Scissors
  • Stapler
  • Staple remover
  • Tape – masking tape and/or scotch tape
  • Tissues (e.g. Kleenex)
  • White-out
